PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
It is a program that provides
two-year education in order to ensure that the qualified intermediate manpower
needed by the construction sector in both production and after-sales service
levels are trained in accordance with the quality and service philosophy that
will meet the expectations of the age. Graduates have the qualifications to
meet the need for qualified personnel between the manager / engineer and the
worker in the production and after-sales service sector. In the Building
Inspection program, 2 years (4 semesters, each semester at least 14 weeks)
education is given. In order for the student to graduate, he / she must have
succeeded in all the courses in the program, must have provided a minimum of
120 ECTS credits, must have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and must do an
internship for 30 working days.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE
PROGRAM
The aim of the building
inspection program is to train qualified intermediate staff who encourage their
students to research and in this field, have the ability to apply, recognize
the material, have knowledge in production techniques, use the drawings and
norms related to their profession, solve professional problems, have knowledge
and skills, and meet the need for qualified intermediate staff.
FIELDS OF STUDY
Students who will graduate from
this program will be able to find jobs in private organizations (Building
Inspection Companies, Contracting Companies, Project Bureaus) serving in all
provinces and districts of Turkey or work in various government agencies.

The Vertical Transfer Examination
(DGS) is conducted by ÖSYM for successful students who graduate from Vocational
Schools Programs to make vertical transfer to formal education undergraduate
programs.
